It was established in year 1993 by Late Sh.T.S. Saimbhi (B.E.) and Mr.Daljeet singh Saimbhi(B.E.) in the partnership at 487/21, Peeragarhi, Delhi. In year 1997 after Mr. T.S. Saimbhi passed away , it became a proprietorship company under the supervision of Mr.Daljeet Singh Saimbhi. In 2004, it was shifted to L-16, Sector -3, Bawana Industerial Area, Delhi-110039
